The Wonderful Counsellor a screenplay I co-wrote with Diane De La Haye for Peter Sagnia Productions will be screening at Carifesta this October.
The Wonderful Counsellor —a drama about a psychologist trying to revive his struggling practice while his personal life falls apart—is also an official selection for Caribbean Film Festival and Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival. The project was also an honorary selection for The 284 Excellence Film Festival—a festival dedicated to celebrating Caribbean stories.
Diane and I are unable to attend but we’re very proud of how the region has embraced this film. It truly was a labor of love.
